An accredited remover is a remover that guarantees you a high standard of service.
ISO 14001 is an environmental management system (EMS) standard integrated into the quality management system (QMS). Its requirements concern both the environmental policy, the planning and monitoring process, together with monitoring and continuous improvement programme, through a periodical management review.

An external audit by the certifying agency is conducted every year.
Grospiron International is a member of FIDI (international federation of international removers) that represents the interests of removal companies specialising in international removals. FIDI, based on Brussels, has 600 certified FAIM affiliates all meeting the stringent criteria of technical expertise and financial requirements, thus ensuring a high quality of service.
The FAIM label, created by FIDI, guarantees a high level of quality in all removal phases: Qualified personnel, high-performance equipment, insurance and controlled risks, customer satisfaction measurement, documentary traceability. Regular audits are made by Ernst and Young or Cap Gemini.
